Take These Broken Wings - Defective Hydraulic Pump to Blame for Broken Art Museum Roof Piece

A defective hydraulic pump is to blame for the signature wings malfunction, reports The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Hydraulic pump was removed in August, and found to have some defective hydraulic parts. The sentinel reports that the hydraulic pump parts have been ordered and the wings should be fully operational soon, as none of the 22 other hydraulic pumps were in need of replacement parts.
